The Venue
The Congress will be held in three buildings: the Concert Hall, Humanisten and Hovrätten. In the Concert Hall there will be plenary sessions, poster sessions, exhibitions, lunch and coffee. In Humanisten and Hovrätten there will be parallel sessions, the NGO Forum and art exhibitions. The buildings are within walking distance of each other.

Registration and information
The registration/information desk and a tourist information desk can be found in the entrance of the Concert Hall. Carrying the name badge is mandatory for all participants. No one will be allowed admission to sessions, exhibitor area or social events without a badge.

Security information
In Case of Emergency: Call 112 for the police, the ambulance or the fire brigade.
Please inform yourself of the closest emergency exit. If an emergency occurs in the Concert Hall, please follow advice from the Concert Hall staff.
Please be aware of pick-pockets at all times. Luggage and jackets can be left in the cloakroom in the Concert Hall and in Humanisten.
The WEEC2015 Secretariat and Organizers will not accept liability for personal injury or loss/damage to property/ belongings of participants or accompanying persons, before, during or following the congress, tours or their stay in Gothenburg. It is therefore recommended that participants arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance.

There are WiFi possibilities in the congress venues. In Humanisten and Hovrätten you can login to the eduroam WiFi network. If you do not have an eduroam login, please use the temporary login below. As a courtesy to presenters use it wisely during sessions!

If you need a computer in order to read the programme, there are computers available in the Concert Hall and in room D212 in Humanisten.
Water
WEEC2015 is tap water certified! You have all received a water bottle to refill with fresh tap water.
Transportation in Gothenburg

Congress languages
The Congress languages are English, French and Spanish. Provision has been made for simultaneous interpretation from English into French and Spanish for the plenary sessions. Parallel sessions are given in all three languages, please check the session title to know the language of the session.

In the Concert Hall building there is a press-centre for accredited press.
