Before you start submitting your abstract, please make sure that you have access to the following information in order to complete the submission properly:

Your name, e-mail address, correct name of your affiliation and department
Name, e-mail address, correct name of affiliation and department for co-author(s) if any

Abstract title maximum 200 characters (including blanks and punctuation)
Abstract text maximum 3000 characters (including blanks and punctuation) divided into the following parts:

  • Introduction
  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Tables: Max two tables with a total max of 10 rows and 10 columns

Image: Max one image can be included with the following criteria:
Image width:       min. 50 pixels      max. 500 pixels
Image height:      min. 50 pixels      max. 500 pixels
Image quality:     min. 72 dpi          max. 300 dpi
Image file size:    min. 45 KB            max. 1000 KB
Allowed file type: gif, jpg, png
