Congress fees
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). According to Swedish tax legislation, 25% VAT is included in all congress and registration fees. For a refund of VAT please turn to your own country’s tax authorities.
The participant congress fee includes:
- Congress documentation and name badge
- Access to all official scientific sessions
- Access to Exhibition and Poster area
- A light lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Tea and coffee breaks
- Attendance at City Reception, June 29 (Kindly sponsored by the City of Gothenburg)
- Attendance at Congress Dinner on July 1
- VAT at 25%
Hotel fees are not included in the congress fee but can be booked either through the registration process or by your own, suggestions available on the accommodation page.

Participant with an accepted abstract:
If your abstract has been accepted for the congress, you will receive a registration code with which you can register at this discounted rate.

Please note that to qualify for the student fee, you must upload your student ID during the registration process.

Group Discount:
If you are a group of 8 or more participants, abstract presenters or students belonging to the same company or organisation you are entitled to a 10% discount on the current registration fee. Please send your request to the congress secretariat, info@weec2015.websy.se and we will contact you with a separate booking form to complete. Please note that this discount is only available if all 8 people belong to the same company or organisation, all register at the same time and is paid on one invoice.

Cancellation terms and conditions:
Cancellations must be emailed to info@weec2015.websy.se.
Cancellations will be accepted on or before April 13 2015 as follows:
Registration fees:
- Emailed on or before April 13 2015 – Full refund less a SEK 500 administration fee.
- Emailed after April 13 2015 – No refunds
Hotel reservation:
- Emailed on or before May 26 2015 – Full refund less a SEK 300 administration fee per cancelled room night.
- Emailed after May 26 2015 – No refunds
